To begin, an onsite job assessment and measurement will need to be scheduled. After the job assessment is complete, a competitive labor estimate is figured and provided to you with our experienced recommendations, which is sent in writing via email.

Should you choose to move forward with DFC Flooring as your installer, we ask for 50% of the estimate to be paid in order to reserve a date on our installation schedule. Then, our professional office staff will assist you in scheduling a convenient installation date that fits your schedule. DFC will also work closely with your flooring supplier(s) and will make arrangements to pick up your material once it has arrived at their warehouse(s).

On the day of your installation, our crew will arrive promptly on time, ready to work as quickly & efficiently as possible. Each crew is equipped to remove and replace fixtures, furniture and appliances, should it be needed. Following the installation of your new flooring, all scraps are picked up and hauled away. We finish each job by vacuuming and/or sweeping the area, leaving your new floor looking beautiful, just as you envisioned!

Upon final completion of installation, we will adjust your final invoice, charging only for the services we provided, which is due upon receipt.
